แจ้งปิดปรับปรุงระบบ NDID เพื่อพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการให้ดียิ่งขึ้น ในเย็นวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 16 ก.พ. 2566 เวลา 20:00น. – เช้าวันศุกร์ที่ 17 ก.พ. 2566 เวลา 8.00น. ซึ่งจะมีผลดังต่อไปนี้
ลูกค้าอาจไม่สามารถใช้บริการด้านล่างนี้ได้ ในระหว่างช่วงเวลาดังกล่าวด้านบน :
- สมัคร หรือ ยกเลิกบริการ NDID
- เลือก ttb และธนาคารอื่น ๆ เพื่อยืนยันตัวตนในการเปิดบัญชีกับธนาคารหรือหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ
- ขอ dStatement จาก ttb และธนาคารอื่น ๆ
- ลูกค้าใหม่ จะไม่สามารถเปิดบัญชีใหม่กับธนาคารผ่านแอป touch และ 7-11 ได้

Announcement of NDID service temporarily unavailable
NDID Services will be temporarily unavailable due to system maintenance on Thursday February 16, 2023 at 8.00pm – Friday February 17, 2023 at 8.00am. This would result in the following details.
Customers may not be able to perform below action during the period above;
- Register or Cancel NDID service
- Select ttb and other banks for verifying identification while opening account with the bank or other organizations.
- Request dStatement from ttb and other banks.
- Open new account via ttb touch application and 7-11 for new customers.
